The filter bag is a key part in the operation of bag filter. Usually the cylinder type filter bag is suspended vertically in the dust collector. The fabric and design of the filter bags should be as efficient as possible, easy to remove and durable. 

In the pulse and air box type pulse dust collector, the dust is attached to the outer surface of the filter bag. Dust containing dust is collected in the outer surface of the filter bag while the dust is collected, and the clean gas is filtered into the filter bag. The cage rack inside the filter bag is used to support the filter bag to prevent the filter bag from collapsing, and it will help to remove and redistribute the dust cake.

The way the bag is used: 

Filter: the filter bag is used in conjunction with the supporting filter, and USES the system fluid pressure to squeeze the liquid through the filter bag to achieve the purpose of filtration. It has the advantages of fast velocity, large processing capacity and long life of filter bag, especially for the situation where large flow needs to be closed and filtered. 

Self-flow open filtering: filter bag is directly connected to the pipe through suitable connector, and the pressure difference of fluid pressure is used to filter. Its remarkable feature is that it is not needed to invest in equipment, and the filter is simple and feasible, especially suitable for small, diversified and intermittent economical liquid filtration. 




The commonly used method of cleaning ash is used 

1. Gas clearance: gas clearance is used to remove soot from filter bags by means of high pressure gas or external atmospheric anti-blowing filter bag. The gas clearance includes pulsed blast cleaning ash, anti-blowing dust and anti-suction wind ash. 

2, mechanical vibrating dust: points at the top of the vibrating dust and central shaking qing ash (both for filter bag), is a device by means of mechanical vibrating periodically take turns shaking each row of filter bag, in order to clear the dust on the filter bag. 

3. Manual tapping: it is used to manually tap each filter bag to remove the ash from the filter bag. 




Classification of filter bags 

1. The shape of the cross section of the filter bag is divided into: flat bag (trapezoid and flat shape) and round bag (cylindrical).

3. The filter mode of the filter bag is divided into: external and internal filtration. 

4. According to the environment and temperature of the filter bag, it is divided into: normal temperature and moderate temperature. 

The filter material USES fiber, cotton fiber, wool fiber, synthetic fiber and glass fiber etc., the filter material of different fiber has different performance. Commonly used filter material has 208 or 901 polyester flannel, generally does not exceed 120 ?, using temperature treated with adit silicon resin glass fiber filter bag, use the general does not exceed 250 ? temperature, generally applies to cotton fabric no corrosive; The temperature is below 80-90 ? dusty gases. 




Advantages of bag filter 

1. The dust removal efficiency is high, and the fine dust with particle size greater than 0.3 micron can be collected, and the dust removal efficiency can reach more than 99%.

Common posttreatment 

1. Pressure treatment 

After burning equipment, processing of needled felt filter material single and double sided with singeing and ordinary pressure light processing incomparable advantages, can not only improve the ash removal performance of the filter, also meet the fine dust collection. 

2. Anti-static treatment 

Some of the dust in a certain concentration, when the sparks will be fired or generated by friction. 

So for inflammable and explosive dust, it is suitable to use antistatic treatment of needle felt filter material. Antistatic filter refers to mixing in the filter fiber 

Conductive fibers (including dual conductive fibers, graphite-conductive fibers and stainless steel conductive fibers) have conductive properties for the entire filter 

3. Waterproof and anti-oil treatment 

Of needled felt filter material using fluorocarbon resin and PTFE impregnated processing oil waterproof processing, the wet dust gas dust (especially for water imbibition, deliquescence) the surface of the filter bag dust catcher, more easily to avoid and reduce the paste bag. 

4. Easy to clean ash treatment
